International 8630S Surface Vertical Rod Device-Grade 1

DC 8000 Series Exit Devices are heavy duty and designed for heavy traffic applications. The devices are Underwriters Laboratory (UL, USA and ULC, Canada) listed for Panic Exit Hardware or Fire Exit Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3-2001 Grade 1.

Non handed, 4-1/2" minimum stile width. Smooth Surface.

For doors 29" to 36" wide order the Size 30 to 36"
For doors 36" to 48" wide order the Size 48"

International 89L Escutcheon Trim

Clutched lever trim for use with the 8000 Series International Door Closer Exit Devices. Escutcheon measures 8-27/32" high by 2-15/16" wide by 15/16" thick. Trim is non handed and easily converted in the field. We offer 3 functions, Classroom, Passage and Storeroom.

Classroom - cylinder (not included) locks and unlocks lever handle
Passage - no cylinder hole, lever always active
Storeroom - cylinder (not included) unlocks lever, but lever is always locked when key is removed.

The International 8000 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.

Arm measures 9-1/2" loop to loop in the shortest position, and 14" when it is the fully extended . The loop on the left side is 3/8" diameter. The hole spacing on the right hand side of the picture shoe is 1-3/4".
